AAHAR - 2025

The FIFI Pavilion at AAHAR 2025, Indias premier international food and hospitality trade fair, was inaugurated by esteemed dignitaries, including H.E. Guillermo Rubio Funes, Ambassador of El Salvador to India; H.E. Kenneth Felix da Nobrega, Ambassador of Brazil to India; Jennifer Daubeny, Charge d'Affaires of Canada to India; Christina Scott, Deputy High Commissioner of the UK to India; Ms. Varsha Joshi, Additional Secretary at Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying (DAHD); Ms. Inoshi Sharma, Executive Director at FSSAI; Nick McCaffrey, Deputy High Commissioner of Australia to India along with the FIFI core team. Their presence underscored the growing significance of India's food and beverage sector and the country's increasing global trade partnerships.

FIFI's pavilion served as a nexus for over 900 prominent companies and 9100 esteemed brands, featuring international pavilions from Brazil, UK, Canada, Thailand, Chile, Australia and showcases first time ever Alcobev Pavilion and Culinary theatre. FIFI extended exclusive invitations to over 80,000 key trade visitors spanning the entire F&B ecosystem, from organized and unorganized retail to hospitality and government bodies. This impactful participation at AAHAR 2025 held from 04 - 08 MArch , 2025 underscored FIFI's pivotal role in shaping India's F&B landscape by fostering global partnerships, promoting stringent food safety standards, and facilitating high-level engagement within the sector.
