FIFI recently organised an exclusive rum tasting event in Delhi capital region on 20 March , 2025. This event highlighted two selected labels from El Salvador : the smooth Indigo 8-Year- Old Rum with vanilla and caramel hints, and the rich Xaman XO 16-Year-Old Rum with notes of leather and spices. FIFI curated a complimentary menu to match the unique flavours of rum labels for a unique gastronomical experience. The event witnessed attendance from dignitaries of agriculture, food and beverage sector to include chefs, importers, retailers, purchase managers, and other stakeholders who shared thei knowledge, excitement, and insights on the event. This event, organized by FIFI, not only introduced high-quality international rums to India but also created a space for learning and connection building within the food industry.
