The 37th edition of AAHAR, the International Food and Hospitality Fair, concluded successfully in New Delhi on 14th - 18th March, 2023. The Forum of Indian Food Importers (FIFI) played a significant role in the event, showcasing the diversity and quality of India's agricultural, food, and beverage industry.
FIFI's pavilion at AAHAR 2023 covered over 2,913 square meters, featuring more than 90 exhibitors from seven countries, including Australia, Canada, Chile, Peru, Russia, the United States, and the United Kingdom. This impressive display highlighted FIFI's commitment to promoting international trade and fostering global partnerships.
The FIFI pavilion was a hub of activity throughout the show, with dignitaries, chefs, and industry professionals visiting to taste samples, attend demonstrations, and participate in pre-scheduled and impromptu meetings. A reception dinner hosted by the Embassy of Canada added to the excitement and networking opportunities.
By organizing and managing the FIFI pavilion, the organization successfully showcased the best of India's food and beverage industry to a global audience.
